Includes a variety of video clips and full video programs on a variety of teen health and lifestyle topics.  Includes the popular Reality Matters series, which was developed by Discovery Education and covers a wide range of teenage issues.  Each video is approximately 30 minutes long, but smaller segments are available:

  • Smoking:  Smoke Signals
  • Drugs:  Deadly Highs
  • Sports:  High Performance

 

NBC Learn    Access on LSA Library homepage (bottom right)  - trial through June 30, 2011

Provides short video clips (2 – 6 minutes on average) of a variety of health topics from the NBC News archive.  Browse Health & Wellness titles or try an advanced search for a particular topic.   Please provide the library with feedback on this trial to help our planning for next year.
